1 hr Hamstrings (&Glutes & Feet) Focus Posture Class
This is a live recording of my ‘Hamstrings (& Glutes & Feet)’ Online Posture Class from 30/4/20. You will need a ball of some sort, a yoga strap (or leather belt), a yoga block (or firm pillow), a rolled up jumper/blanket, something like a dining room chair and a sliver of wall/door. Please listen to your body when attempting these exercises – this is not catered towards your body and some things may not be suitable.
